We are thrilled to announce a 3-part learning series lead by Curtis Strategy. Founded in 2008, Curtis strategy works collaboratively with organizations to align the right resources, design innovative strategy, and create customized plans leading to future growth and sustainability. Overview:
This session equips leaders with the tools for "Environmental Scanning"—the process of identifying emerging threats and untapped opportunities in a disruptive landscape. We move beyond guesswork to assess your organization's true readiness for change.
We will also focus on developing adaptive strategies that allow you to pivot effectively when traditional solutions fall short. We dive deep into the operational and cultural challenges of change, ensuring your team is aligned and your mission remains the "North Star."
Ideal for organizations that feel the "market pressure" but aren't sure exactly where it’s coming from or know they need to change but are struggling with the "How."
Key Outcomes:
Participants walk away with a Diagnostic Map of their current environment and a clear understanding of the external forces impacting their long-term sustainability. You will also create a an Execution Framework for making mission-aligned decisions and the tools to manage the human side of organizational transition.
