Board Chair Meeting: Taking Action on Critical Issues

Vineyard Board Chairs/Presidents are invited to come meet with your peers, learn what other organizations are doing and share ideas for solving common problems.

The agenda includes a variety of topics and activities;

• We'll tell you about tools and resources we've found to help you make your Board and organization more effective,
• Andy Davis, Director of Education at BoardSource, will lead a session on how to address the three major challenges they see nonprofit Boards struggling to address,
• You'll discuss ways to address the major challenges you face with your peers,
• You'll have time to network with and get to know your peers, and
• We'll tell you about, and have you shape, our future workshops/programs.
  

Lunch, refreshments and breakfast treats will be served.
