Catching up..

At the last Fundraising MV meeting, we heard "how do I"... find balance when running a capital campaign and our everyday workload; shift our Board's collective mindset to a culture of philanthropy; keep our mission the center of everything we do; change our fundraising cycle from summer to year-round; cultivate new and engage current donors...and so on.

With the need for balance among competing priorities in mind, our goal is to help build your Three P's' - preparedness, prioritization, and perspective.

Oct. 25th Program: 

• Eat lunch and learn about your peers;
• Reflect on this summer's experiences. Has summer made you question work/life balance and raised challenging issues within your work?  What did you learn? What do you need to know more about? What can you do better? What will you never do again :)?
• Large and small group discussions, and a presentation by special guest Lindsay Wolff, a Sales Training consultant.
