MVNC's Vineyard Nonprofit Leadership Program

The Martha’s Vineyard Nonprofit Collaborative (MVNC) is launching a 10-month leadership development program for emerging nonprofit leaders. This cohort-based experience is designed to build the knowledge, confidence, and executive skills of professionals serving our Island's nonprofits—while creating a stronger, more connected local sector.

Program Details

  • Duration: September 2025 – June 2026
  • Cohort Size: 10–12 participants
  • Workshops: Monthly Zoom sessions (90 min)
  • In-Person Sessions: Monthly peer learning with Island leaders
  • Capstone: Personal leadership brand project
  • Mentorship: Post-program local mentor pairing
